Roberto was raised in the Napa Valley and had previously worked for Hillstone Restaurant Group as assistant manager for their wine shop in Yountville. He became a familiar face to the many winemakers and industry folk who would regularly stop by the establishment. His appreciation of the wine industry grew as he gained experience in sales and management and decided to merge these two skillsets when he joined Crop Care Associates in 2015.
